The Carmelagiri CMI Public school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) New Delhi. 

Other than the syllabus prescribed by CBSE, Carmelagiri introduced special curricular and co-curricular programmes such as spoken English, skill development programmes, projects, seminars, workshops, personality development programmes, leadership camps, trekking, horse riding, elephant riding, cycling, riffle shooting, rollers skating, art, dance, music, marshal arts etc.
